Erin is a criminal defense and student advocacy attorney at Cheshire Parker. She approaches every case with genuine care for her clients, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Whether navigating a federal indictment or a university disciplinary proceeding, Erin understands what is at stake and fights for her clients.
Erin represents individuals facing criminal charges in both state and federal court. Her federal practice includes appointment to the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Eastern District of North Carolina, through which she represents indigent defendants in federal prosecutions. She has represented individuals at all stages of criminal investigation and achieved favorable resolutions for her clients.

Before her clerkship, she practiced with a large law firm in Charlotte, representing leading financial institutions in government investigations and enforcement actions by federal agencies, and advising corporate and individual clients on internal investigations and grand jury subpoenas.
Erin graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review, vice president of the Broun National Trial Team, and student clerk on North Carolina's Civil Pattern Jury Instruction Committee. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, graduating summa cum laude.
