Erin Wilson

Erin Wilson is an attorney at Cheshire Parker Schneider who represents individuals facing criminal prosecution in state and federal court. Erin brings a wealth of experience to her law practice.

Prior to joining Cheshire Parker, Erin clerked for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina. During her clerkship, Erin assisted the court in researching and adjudicating federal criminal and civil cases.

Before her federal clerkship, Erin practiced with a large law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. She represented leading financial institutions in government investigations and enforcement actions by various federal agencies as well as other corporate and individual clients in connection with internal investigations and grand jury subpoenas.

Erin graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. In law school, she was a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review. She was also vice president of the Broun National Trial Team and served as the student clerk on North Carolina’s Civil Pattern Jury Instruction Committee. Erin obtained her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
