
Kimberly
Bryan was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1992 after graduating from
Campbell University School of Law. She received her B.A. from North Carolina
State University, with double majors in English and Economics.
Kimberly has practiced
family law since being
admitted to the bar. She is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a
Family Law Specialist and is a DRC Certified Mediator as well as a certified
Parent Coordinator. Kimberly has also received training in Collaborative Law and
is a member of the Wake Collaborative Family Law Group. Kimberly has served as
speaker and course planner for various family law continuing legal education
programs, and has contributed articles to legal publications such as “Trial
Briefs” for the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. Kimberly is listed
among “The Best Lawyers in America” (2008) and
North Carolina Super Lawyers
(2007, 2008). Kimberly is an active member of several N.C. Bar Association
committees (family law and bench/bar), the Wake County Family Court Advisory
Council and she co-chairs the Wake County Family Court Liaison Committee.
Kimberly’s practice is limited to family law litigation, collaborative law,
mediation and arbitration. She is admitted to practice in all state courts and
the federal district court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. She is a
member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the
North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Kimberly is a devoted cyclist and insists she has the most beautiful bicycle in
the country. Look for her on the road riding her black Serotta bicycle with pink
flames.
